| Mool Sutra : | हिताहारा मिताहारा अल्पाहाराः च ये नराः। न तान् वैद्याः चिकित्सन्ति आत्मानं ते चिकित्सकाः।।५।। | ||
| Sutra Meaning : | Persons who take healthty, controlled and less diet do not need physicians to treat them; they are physicians of themselves (that is, keep themselves healthy and pure). | ||
