| Mool Sutra : | नो इन्द्रियग्राह्योऽमूर्तभावात्, अमूर्त्तभावादपि च भवति नित्यः। अध्यात्महेतुर्नियतः अस्य बन्धः, संसारहेतुं च वदन्ति बन्धम्।।८।। | ||
| Sutra Meaning : | The soul is not perceptible to the senses as it has no corporal form; it is enternal since it has no corporal form; due to internal activities like the passions, Karma binds the soul; and it is said that bondage is the cause of mundane existence. | ||
| Mool Sutra Transliteration : | No indriyagrahyomurtabhavat, amurttabhavadapi cha bhavati nityah. Adhyatmaheturniyatah asya bandhah, samsarahetum cha vadanti bandham..8.. | ||
