| Mool Sutra : | नो इन्दियग्गेज्झ अमुत्तभावा, अमुत्तभावा वि य होइ निच्चो। अज्झत्थहेउं निययऽस्स बन्धो, संसारहेउं च वयन्ति बन्धं।।८।। | ||
| Sutra Meaning : | The soul is not perceptible to the senses as it has no corporal form; it is enternal since it has no corporal form; due to internal activities like the passions, Karma binds the soul; and it is said that bondage is the cause of mundane existence. | ||
| Mool Sutra Transliteration : | No indiyaggejjha amuttabhava, amuttabhava vi ya hoi nichcho. Ajjhatthaheum niyayassa bandho, samsaraheum cha vayanti bandham..8.. | ||
